Returns Policy/Refund
Returns is a scheme provided directly
under this policy by the respective machine yantra in respect of which you are
offered the option of swap, substitution and/or refund by the respective
machine yantra. All products listed within a given category may not have the
same return policy. The product-page policy shall prevail over the general
returns policy for all goods. For any exceptions to the table below, please
refer the relevant return policy for the specific item on the product page.
Machine yantra is directly purchase items from the company /manufacturers
/brands All the terms and conditions follow by the under as per their standards
of return and refund by their service centers because we are selling 100%
original products .
The return policy is divided into two
parts; read all sections carefully to understand the requirements and cases for
accepting returns.

Returns shall
be eligible for items requiring installation only when such products are
installed by the authorized personnel of the company. To help you
solve problems with your product, we can use online tools, the phone and/or
an in-person technical visit to troubleshoot your product.
If a flaw is
found within the Returns window, no additional cost will be paid to repair
the same product. If no fault is reported or the problem is not detected
within 10 days of delivery or deployment, you will be directed to a brand
service center to address any subsequent problems. In any case,
it will only have one substitution. |

Returns Pick-Up and Processing

The field executive will refuse to
accept return if any of the conditions set out above are not met.
For any goods to be refunded, the
refund will be issued once the vendor receives the returned product.
Part 3 - Rules for a successful Return
• In some cases where the company
is unable to process a replacement for whatever reason, a refund is given.
• You will receive a refund (on
the spot refund for cash-on-delivery orders) during open box deliveries while
accepting your order, if you have received a different or damaged product. Once
you have approved an open box delivery, no request for return will be handled,
except for fabrication defects. In such instances, certain general conditions
of replacement / return unique to the category should apply.
• For products where Machine
Yantra's service partners provide installation, don't open the product
packaging on your own. Authorized personnel from Machine Yantra shall assist in
unboxing and installing the product.
• Any product related problems for
Equipment will be reviewed by an authorized service staff (free of charge) and
attempted to be resolved by removing the defective / defective part of the
product. Complete replacement will only be offered in.
If Customer Click Product Received And
Give OTP To The Delivery Boy At The Time Of Delivery It Mean Product Is Okay
And No Need To Return i.e. Model, item, qty, seal

Machine Yantra Refund Policy
Once we receive your return
notifies us of receipt of return, as the case may be, a refund is issued
to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your
bank account / as Machine Yantra Wallet balance (in case of Pay on Delivery orders).

If the standard timeframe as mentioned in the above table has expired and you have not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer, or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash. In exceptional cases, refunds can be processed via a paper cheque only.
Machine Yantra Orders:
If the payment method used at the time of purchase, such as credit/debit card, is no longer valid, a refund will be issued through a demand draft.
If we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, a refund will be issued through a demand draft.
We will send you an email requesting you to call us and provide your name and address to initiate the refund.
Refund for Pay on Delivery Orders:
For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) or to your Machine Yantra account as Machine Yantra Wallet balance.
If you want the Pay on Delivery order's refund to be credited to your bank account, you can update your bank account details in the Your Account section or at the Returns Centre while returning the item.
Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Machine Yantra account should match the name of the bank account holder.
Paper Cheque Clearing:
All cheque refunds will be in the form of "at par" ICICI BANK and sent for outstation clearing.
Note: Once a cheque is issued, Machine Yantra will send you an email with the tracking details of the refund cheque within four business days from the date of refund.
